We try to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, however due to the nature of the goods we supply we do accept that from time to time there may be some damages. If you would like to return you order in the event it is damaged, please call our sales team on (01) 2975137 and we will collect or replace at our cost. If there are individual items broken we will offer you a refund proportionate to the value of your order or send extra items on your next order to replace the broken items. If you change your mind about your order, i.e wrong size or shape we will gladly refund the full amount of your order excluding delivery cost. All we ask is you pay for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive the goods back in our warehouse we will refund your Credit/Debit card within two days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and dispatch as soon as it arrives back into stock. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be reported to the company within two days of receipt.
Delivery of Orders:
On receipt of orders we will dispatch goods within 48hrs. Alpack do not operate their own delivery vehicles. All orders are sent out by independent couriers during normal office hours. We cannot offer a timed delivery option and goods are delivered according to the route and schedule of an independent courier over which we have no control. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. If there are access problems to the delivery site we need to be told in advance .We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery if details given are incorrect.
Delivery to UK will cost a minimum of €25 plus VAT. We will contact you once your order has been placed and advise you of the exact postage cost. Goods will be sent by courier with tracking information, which you will received once the delivery charge has been paid. Goods will be dispatched within 48hrs. Delivery to UK takes approx. 3-5 business days.
